Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events

I was out doing some last minute Christmas shopping with friends this evening and we decided to take a break and catch a movie. I loved it! I rarely ever watch television and so I had not seen any of the ads for this movie. I wasn't sure what to expect especially since I am not particularly a Jim Carey fan but I really enjoyed it.
I understand that this will be one in a series of movies like this. It's kind of one of those Haary Potter type deals where the movie is closely adapted to the book and there are several books waiting to be made into movies.
