Before I say anything else, let me declare that I'm not a Christian (or being religious in any other way), but I went to Catholic schools growing up so I have a pretty good idea of what Christianity is all about.
Did any see this movie yet? What are your views? Personally I was really interested when the press covered the movie a few weeks ago. Now that I've seen some (too many) reviews by ordinary Joes like us, I think I'll stay away from it because of the graphic violence. Reading the comments and reviews alone gives me enough impact as it is.
I am a christian and will probably end up seeing it soon, I really want to see how Mel envisioned this. It's stirred up so much controversy, but really, like Mel said...this is only HIS vision of the event, so people...relax...even if you don't agree with it.
