I didn't spend much time editing these photos. But, if you all want, I can re-edit them to make them look better.

Wow, it's been 2 years since I bought my first amateur digital SLR camera! It's funny looking back how you've progressed with picture taking in terms of equipment, styles, and even locales.

Went from Digital Rebel to 20D to Digital Rebel XTi (briefly) to 30D, and now 40D. Lenses ranged from the kit 18-55mm to far more expensive ones today. Photography is an EXPENSIVE hobby. It went from the initial $1,200 to hmm... $5,800 (in photographic equipment), and this doesn't include the losses incurred when upgrading from the Rebel to the 20D to 30D and to 40D. Overall, I'd say that this hobby has become an approximately $6,700 - $7,200 expense over a course of TWO years!

Fun times! I'd do it all over again if given the opportunity. hahaha. Photography allows you to relax and view the world with a different set of eyes and a different mindset. Perhaps that's how painters feel when they capture the world on canvas.
