INTRO
This recipe was made up from scratch and MB and I liked it.

INGREDIENTS
- Oyster Mushrooms (the stems are tastiest)
- Oregano Leaves, chopped
- Salt, Pepper
- Merlot Wine
- Oyster Sauce

COOKING
Heat up some olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Add the mushrooms, oregano leaves, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce to the pan and fry until mushrooms turn golden brown (I like them when they are a bit crispier.)

Add some wine at the end and let it boil out completely -- the alcohol will evaporate, but the sweetness will stay and soak into the mushroom.

RATING: 4/5

You know, after the first 3 times, I can't get it tasty any more... I don't know why. Could it be that perhaps the Oyster mushrooms I've been picking haven't been the right ones? They just don't... taste the same any more.

Or... my cooking has gone down the hill? :P
