While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.

Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand. Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.

Hey i found if you "practise" you might be able to get the hang of it... *draws more '6's and circles...*

It has to do with the right and left side of the brain

Try this too: move your right hand in a circle, clockwise. Move your other hand in a circle, counter-clockwise

Then look at what happens to both hands

You know, come to think of it... I don't remember what the trick for the left and right hand were... haha...
